   Independent Board Member elected by NomCom (2018), re-elected for a second term (2021). Peer-elected Vice-Chair of the Board. Chaired the Board Finance Committee, securing long-term solvency by restructuring the $150M operating budget and enforcing strict cost controls over $500M in assets under management. Served on Executive, Governance, Compensation, Audit, and Strategic Planning committees. Led Ombuds search and contributed to CEO transition.

   Serbian National Internet Domain Registry (.rs/.срб)

   Non-Executive Board Member overseeing the registry's alignment with public interest goals. During his initial tenure (2007–2009), pioneered the foundational framework ("Danko's Paper") that defined the national registry structure and directed the complex transition from .yu to .rs — the largest TLD retirement in DNS history. Champions registrant-centric policies, preserving the registry's status as a neutral, nonprofit foundation.

   Serbian National Internet Domain Registry

   Drove operational and digital transformation, developing an advanced registry system with private cloud infrastructure, achieving 100% uptime and operational resilience. Developed registrant-centric policies for .rs and .срб TLDs.
2. SezamPro, Orion Telekom

   1996–2012

   Founder & Co-CEO (1996–2009) · Strategy & Regulatory (2010–2012)

   Co-founded one of Serbia's earliest ISPs. Led network infrastructure development and oversaw the spinout of the hosting division as a leading .rs registrar. Led the integration of SezamPro into the Orion Telekom group.

   Founder & CEO

   Scaled Jugodata into Serbia's leading PC brand. Currently leads strategic investments and mentorship in emerging digital and NGO projects, drawing on experience in Serbia's transitional economic landscape.
